Terms and conditions for using gift vouchers

A „Gift Invitation” is purchased by paying the equivalent value of the invitation.
Upon request, invitations purchased online will be issued in the form of an elegant gift card and sent to the address provided.
„A ”gift voucher’ entitles the holder to take advantage of the offer set out in the voucher for 6 months from the date of issue. Once this period has expired, the voucher is deemed to have been redeemed.
A gift voucher cannot be redeemed in instalments.
The bearer may make use of the invitation. If the invitation is made out to a specific person, only the person named in the invitation may make use of it.
To take up this offer, you must book in advance.
Please hand the invitation to the staff before it is processed.
A booking may be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Once this deadline has passed, the invitation is deemed to have been honoured.
„A ”gift voucher’ cannot be exchanged for cash.
If the value of the service provided or the purchase made is less than the value of the voucher, the difference is not refunded.
In the event of the loss (misplacement, theft, etc.) or destruction of the invitation, the Hotel accepts no liability and will not compensate for any loss resulting from such an incident.
Invitations can be redeemed at any time, except on special dates such as 14 February or public holidays.
